Windy City is a different kind of club. You will find several unique points. As an advance club, our typical meetings are similar to a Speak-A-Thon, with a series of speeches, followed by a 10 minutes evaluation, in round robin style. We do not follow the standard Toastmasters club meeting format nor do any table topics.
This club is open for guests to attend without any pressure to join. No guest pass is necessary. You do need to audition in order to join. There are pre-qualifications that the VP Membership will explain to you in person.
Since most members are professional speakers or aspiring speakers, they show up as early as 5:00 pm to get ready and often stay pass 9:30 pm to network. As our guest, please plan to arrive by 5:30 pm to get settle in.

You offer us a pair of fresh eyes and ears. You are most welcomed to join in the evaluation. Most Toastmasters learned a lot from the visit and enjoyed the experience.
If you are a current Toastmaster, you will earn Ambassador credit when you visit us. Please speak with the VP Education regarding your Ambassador Form.
